What is surplus stock ?
Surplus Stock is parts stock which has not sold over a period of time typically between 6 to 18 months. Surplus Parts include obsolete parts no longer used in a Seller’s market place.

What format should I use to list my parts?
We accept files in Excel, Wordpad and CSV formats. If you are a subscriber, please go to My Parts Stock at My Dashboard and use the template provided to list your parts stock. You will note, we require the following information: Part Number, Parts Description, Quantity, Price and Brand Type. If your file contains information such as bin locations etc. we will clean the file and use only the relevant information. If you are having difficulty listing your parts data in the template provided, please Contact Us and we will assist.
Is my personal data and information protected?
Yes. We do not store credit card information nor do we share your data with any third parties. Please refer to our Data Protection and Privacy Policy
What if other sellers have the very same parts?
We endeavour to list all parts for all Sellers. If other sellers have the same part, we will list them. However, please note that all parts will list in order of lowest cost to highest. In addition, any parts with no price listed or referenced POA will list in a lower position a than those parts with prices. Sellers who subscribe to the Ultimate Price Plan receive primary listings for their parts.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes you can. Your Subscription may be cancelled in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please note that your subscription is more a minimum term of 12 months.

After payment of my subscription how long does it take to upload my parts files to the website?
You can upload your parts immediately. Large files emailed to us are normally processed within 72 hours. If you are having difficulty listing your parts data in the template provided, please Contact Us and we will assist.
What if I don’t sell my parts stock?
Let us know! We can assist you by promoting your parts through our buyer networks and we can make suggestions to help you increase enquiry levels and convert leads to sales.
Do you charge commission on sales of the parts listed?
We do not charge any commission fees on sales made directly by you to any Buyers.
What should I include in my seller dashboard?
Apart from your key contacts, we recommend you update your Company Profile on your Dashboard. This provides the Buyers with information about your company which may help them when making their purchase decision. Your Company Profile helps to promote your business as it will be read by thousands of visitors to our site.
How often should I refresh my parts files?
We recommend refreshing your parts files every 4 to 6 weeks and after every sale.
Am I charged for making any changes to my parts stock?
No. There are no hidden or extra charges for editing or updating your parts stock files.
How do I access my uploaded parts stock?
Your parts files can be accessed via your Seller Dashboard and you can update them as often as you wish. If you are having difficulty listing your parts data in the template provided, please Contact Us and we will assist.
Who takes care of uploading my parts stock files ?
If you are a subscriber, please go to My Parts Stock at My Dashboard and use the template provided to upload and list your parts stock.Alternatively, you can send your parts files in an Excel, Wordpad or CSV format and we will upload your parts for you
How can I subscribe? What payment methods can I use and are they safe?
We process all subscription payments via PayPal which offers the highest online payment security standards. PayPal is the faster, safer way to send money and make an online payment. By using PayPal your credit card data is not stored on our platform. Alternative arrangements for EFT ( Electronic Fund Transfer) can be made by contacting Surplus Stock Worldwide.
