What is Surplus Stock ?
Surplus Stock is parts stock which has not sold over a period of time typically between 6 to 18 months. Surplus Parts , including obsolete parts no longer used in a supplier’s Seller’s market place.
Are the parts prices displayed fixed or is there a possibility to negotiate?
Parts prices displayed are as set by the Seller and their discretion will apply if they wish to vary prices.
Is there a returns policy for any parts purchased from sellers?
Returns policies for purchases will vary from seller to seller. It is advisable to request the seller’s returns policy when you are purchasing parts.
Is the VAT included in the price displayed?
No - VAT is not included in price displayed. Depending on your location, VAT may not be chargeable by the Seller.
Who pays the parts shipping costs?
Normally the seller will quote any shipping costs separately and add it to your invoice. Of course, this can be negotiated between you and the seller.
If I submit a parts enquiry to a seller, do I get notified if the seller has the parts I’m looking for?
Yes, you will be notified by the seller of parts availability through the email address you provide. You will be able to access all messages via your personal Surplus Stock Worldwide account.

What if I encounter a problem with the seller?
Please contact us and detail any problem which may have arisen in your dealings with the seller. We will investigate all queries and complaints.
Can I purchase parts using a different currency to the what is displayed?
Yes. The portal provides for currency conversion for every parts price displayed. When you transact directly with the seller, you will be able to fix on a price which you can convert to your currency. Please note our portal’s currency tool provides an approximate conversion price and and you may need to contact your financial institution for more precise exchange rate information
What are the different payment methods accepted by Sellers?
Sellers will accept a range of secure methods of payment including, international credit cards, EFT and PayPal and this this will vary from company to company. When you make contact with the seller to purchase parts, you can check the payment methods the seller accepts.
